Privacy Policy
Last updated 6 September 2026
This policy covers the Personal Workspace Assistant, a private application operated by Wayne Lepine at thelepines.com. It has a single user — its operator — and is not offered to anyone else.
What data is accessed
The application requests one Google API scope:
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.readonly. This permits
reading messages, threads and labels in the operator's own Gmail account. It
does not permit sending, modifying, labelling or deleting anything.
No data is accessed from any account other than the operator's own.
How data is used
Message content is read to produce summaries for the operator's own use — for example, a digest of what arrived over a given period and what it appears to require. That is the entire purpose.
Where data is stored
- OAuth tokens are stored on the operator's own hardware, in files readable only by the operating system account that runs the application.
- Summaries are written to local storage on that same hardware.
- No message content is stored on this website or on any third-party server operated by us.
What is not done
- Data is not sold, rented, or shared with anyone.
- Data is not used for advertising or profiling.
- Data is not used to train machine learning models.
- There are no analytics, trackers or cookies on this website.
Third parties
Message content is processed by a language model. Depending on configuration this may run entirely on the operator's own hardware, or be sent to a model provider under that provider's own terms. No other third party receives data from this application.
Retention and deletion
Locally stored summaries and tokens are retained at the operator's discretion and can be deleted at any time by removing the files. Revoking the application's access removes its ability to read anything further.
Revoking access
Access can be withdrawn at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
